COMMERCIAL STORAGE SERVICES
Drive-up Access
We offer an entrance where you may drive your vehicle directly into the building and up to the space you rent to either unload your merchandise or to pick up, if a loading dock isn't required.
Loading Dock and Forklift
To help make the trip convenient for you, there is a loading dock for you to unload your merchandise, with a forklift we provide to help assist with the loading, or unloading.
Cross Docking
If you're not looking to rent space but require a loading dock and forklift to move your merchandise from one truck to another, then we can help! An appointment is required, as we need to be performing the service of relocating your product to another truck.
3PL Services
We offer 3PL services to accomodate all your logistic needs. Call us to discuss your needs further.
Rent by the square foot
Renting by the square foot is the better option when you require alot of space. This option is also great if you have very tall items, as you wont be charged for the height. There is also no charge for the weight.
Rent by the pallet
This option is great if youre not needing a large space. A pallet is required if you're items that are being stored are under a certian size. Storing loose items in not permitted. A pallet can be provided, (for a small fee) then multiple smaller items can fit onto the pallet to be stored for a low price. Pallet storage is also great when the time comes to move items.

We're a Commercial Storage Warehouse available for ANY type of business in need of storage services. No matter how big of a company you own, we are here to assist your storage needs.
WHAT WE DO
We will rent you space by the square foot or per pallet, pricing varies. The option that best suites your needs, and option to save you the most money, is the choice of the two we will go with. We storage from individual small items (must be packed in a box or a pallet) up to very large items that require a forklift (we provide) to move.

RENTING OPTIONS
Rent by the square foot
starting @ $1.50
Must rent by the month. Prorated charges will come in effect if applicable.
Rent by the pallet
starting @ $20.00
Price shown is for the full month per pallet. Prorated charges will come in effect if applicable.
Cross Docking
Base Fee $100.00 + $10.00/ skid
The initial base fee is $100, then each skid unloaded and moved to other truck is an additional $10.
UNLOADING
20FT Container
starting @ $125
to unload your truck or trailer to be stored, depending on the size the fees vary. A 20ft container measures out to 500sqft.
This fee will be added to your monthly bill.
Example. You require 500sqft per month to rent. Your bill will show the 500 square feet you rent, plus the fee of unloading the 20ft container needing to be stored.
40FT Container
starting @ $200
to unload your truck or trailer to be stored, depending on the size the fees vary. A 40ft container measures out 1000sqft.
This fee will be added to your monthly bill. Example. You require 1000sqft per month to rent. Your bill will show the 1000 square feet you rent, plus the fee of unloading the 40ft container needing to be stored.
Pallet/ Skid Unloading
$5.00/ pallet
This price applies when the pallet/skid weighs 1500 pounds or under. If the weight is more then a $2.00 extra will be applied to each one. This fee will be added to the monthly storage cost.
Example. You require 10 pallets to be stored for the month. Your bill will show the 10 pallets for the month plus the fee of unloading the 10 pallets.
MORE SERVICES & OPTIONS
3PL Services
We will have the option for you to use our 3PL services, coming VERY SOON
After Hour Entry
$50.00
If you require access to the warehouse after hours, a fee will be added to your bill. An appointment or a 5 Hour minimum notice is required. Access to the loading dock, or drive-up access will be made available. All other regular costs will be in effect on top of the after hours fee.
Late Payment Fee
$50.00
Each payment for the month is due on the first. Invoices will be sent out 5 days prior to the first. Any payment made later than the 1st, will be charged a $50.00 fee on their next bill.
